All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Payments are processed securely using third-party payment providers, including Stripe. We are not responsible for any fees applied by your bank or card provider.


8. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.
A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where pricing or stock errors occur.


9. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.

10. Returns and Cancellation
You have a legal right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving your goods, in line with consumer protection law.
Returned items must be in their original condition. Full details, including exclusions and instructions, are set out in our Returns Policy.
Personalised products are excluded from the right to cancel.


11. Title and Risk
Ownership of products passes to you once payment has been received in full.
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.


12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • any liability that cannot be excluded by law
